Senior Faculty – Clinical Operations, Project Management & Regulatory Preparedness
As a faculty member at OSSINC, I welcome you to a career that operates at the global intersection of science, ethics, and patient care. With 18+ years of experience in global clinical trials, I bring real-world project management and monitoring expertise into every learning session.
Clinical research is not limited to guidelines—it is about execution, leadership, and regulatory readiness. My professional journey spans Phase I–IV trials, PK studies, and real-world evidence programs, with experience across multiple therapeutic areas, giving students a broad and practical clinical perspective.
At OSSINC, the focus is on teaching how multinational trials are actually planned, managed, and delivered. Students learn how global teams coordinate across countries, timelines, and regulations, and how to maintain quality under real operational pressure. Special emphasis is placed on documentation quality, inspection preparedness, and audit-facing confidence for FDA, EMA, and DCGI environments.
My teaching approach is structured, practical, and accountability-driven, using real-life global case studies to build clarity and professional confidence. Students are guided toward CRA, CTM, and Clinical Project Manager career pathways with a strong foundation in global clinical operations.
Join OSSINC to learn from experience shaped across continents, trials, and real regulatory challenges.
